Nathaniel: King of the Humans

Nathaniel De Lioncort is the King of Central Kingdom. He is a kind man who has seen many battles. He has fought along side his soldiers, carried their broken bodies back to their loved ones, he has seen death and still he remains ever strong, ever vigilant. In his kingdom, anyone human is welcome. It is in his city that they will find sanctuary from the armies of the Lords of Shadow. Like his father and grand father before him, he rules with a firm but fair hand. However, time has begun to catch up on him. He is not as young as he once was and with no male heir to take on his throne upon his death, he fears the kingdom will fall.

He keeps his fears to himself and holds a hopeful facade for his people. The only protection they have against the Dark Lords is the massive stone wall that wraps around the entire city. He commissioned a group of witches and wizards to protect it from evil. It is the only protection he can give his people. He had a family once, a queen and two daughters but they were killed by lycan's while traveling out of the kingdom. It was because of their death's that he had the wall built. The people were his family now, and he would protect them until he took his last breath.
